Oh, Thanksgiving... it is such a special day filled with all the best things that start with the letter "F" : family, friends, football, fall colors, a wonderful feast, feeling {a little too} full, and many more. I am so thankful for all of those things this Thanksgiving, but most importantly, I am thankful for our Lord, who has blessed me immeasurably.

Call me crazy but, I feel like the presentation of a Thanksgiving feast is almost just as important as the taste of the food. But once you factor in all the expenses for exquisite entrées, you may not want to spend extra on table decor. Completely understandable... I came up with some ideas to stay thrifty this Thanksgiving.
{For your centerpiece, you can purchase this "Anchor Hocking Large Cylinder Vase with Candle Holder" from Walmart for $15, and fill the vase with some outdoor fall finds: colored leaves, acorns, small pine cones, cranberries.. etc. Pier 1 has a variety of different heights unscented candles, ranging from 69¢ to $25. You can use the small candle to place inside the vases and the other heights to add accents to your table. Unscented candles are ideal so you and your guests can enjoy the aroma of your meal. A few of the "Anchor Hocking 6" Cylinder Vase with Candle Holder" from Walmart for $10, could be nice to place around the large vase in the center.}
{For name placeholder, buy a bag of pears and type/ hand write names on some paper. Attach by pearl end pins, raffia, or just plain thread!}
