Today is a bittersweet one; I am moving out of my house and driving home for the summer. I couldn't be more excited: being with family and friends I haven't seen in a while, laying poolside, working, and just LOVING life in Houston! I am a little sad to be moving out of my house though. I live at this place called
The Retreat and it has been amazing! From living in a dorm room and then the sorority house, this year I finally had a room all to myself. The amenities here are just amazing: a clubhouse that has a fitness center, tanning beds, poker room, movie theater, golf simulator, and study rooms; private shuttle to campus during the day/ downtown at night, pool that includes a tanning ledge, grotto, water volleyball, grilling stations and a waterfall; and the list goes on...
{It looks like I work for The Retreat advertising team! Haha}Sounds and looks like paradise right? The only downfall is that it is kind of far off-campus. So next year me and two other girls are moving on campus (one block from
Bryant-Denny Stadium)! I am so excited! I love love love my room here at The Retreat, so I decided to take some pictures to refresh my memory in August.
